Wind has its place right now

Solar not so much yet unless you are in the west where the positioning of the sun coincides with your peaking needs.

If we can get homes to face solar west instead od south it is a better energy source.

If Trump tariffs Chinese solar it will remain uncompetitive.

I would not put it on my house now. Still over a 10 year payback. No good.
