three mailboxes on one side of the road (2 brick), crossed over and took out another on the other side of the street before hitting a house. This a block away from where the elementary school has a path into the neighborhood.

The main subdivision street connects on both ends to main roads. It is used as a cut through and frequently driven well in excess of speed limts.

It is an example of government failure that can be simply resolved in private hands.
