No, you need Mr. Flynn to go into court and plead to a conspiracy crime and explain to the judge the nature of the conspiracy and those individuals that participated in the conspiracy. After all of these months, one would believe that Mr. Mueller would proceed accordingly if he had evidence of such a conspiracy!
