that does not realize their cell phone is also a mini GPS... Further, I doubt there is any REASONABLE person that is unaware the cell phone company can pinpoint them every time they place or receive a cellular call.

The Court has ruled in the past that the actual conversation is reasonably private, not the location from where the call was placed or received.
