There is an old saw. "Intelligent people talk about concepts, people of modest intelligence talk about personalities, and low IQ people talk about bodily functions."

I am not trying to label you. I don't know you, and there may be other explanations for your behavior. I am just trying to remind you that regardless of the root causes of your behavior, it does influence how other people perceive you.
