still get the same shoppers but with the added benefit of a more secure location and a police force that is more responsive to dealing with petty crime.

There are Walmarts located in Shawnee, Roland Park and the one you mentioned on 75th. All are very close to Wyandotte county without being located there.

All of those areas are trending to lower class neighborhoods but that was happening with or without the Walmarts as those with the resources continue to creep south.
