schools use in their ridiculous "zero tolerance" policy.
Don't allow professional educators to make decisions based on circumstances and situations. Enforce expulsion policies for having a pen knife in the glove compartment of a locked car on the fringe of the parking lot...same as for bringing and firing an AK 47 in the cafeteria.
My principle here is, the less government intrusion with personal lives the better. I apply this to obama care, business start ups, building permits, church vs state, etc.
I do not apply it to the military.
And i give people some latitude in applying it fairly and properly.
You want legalized marijuana iirc. Do you want legalized cocaine, heroine and meth?
Do you want legalized burglary and vandalism?
Why not? Where are your principles?
