What's to stop people like George Soros from investing heavily into an internet provider for the sole purpose of limiting access or exposure to a political candidate that opposes him or that they don't agree with?

Or, what's to stop a provider from partnering with CNN or Fox News, thereby promoting stories from that particular outlet, and limiting access to other news sites?

Free speech is threatened here. This repeal is dangerous.
