Just had a HS classmate get sideswiped on New Halls Ferry by Central Hardware. No insurance for the driver.
My brother got hit by some old guy on I-70 who, by God, was merging come hell or high water. New car. Temp tags. No insurance.
So take your "act of not having insurance has no bearing on others" and cram it.
