I agree that everyone should be insured. What I disagree with is the fact that the State should profit out of people not being insured.
The same with drunk driving. I think drivers should be punished for drunk driving, even if not causing an accident. I don't think the state should profit our of it. I would prefer those dollars go to some sort of victim fund, so at least those that are injured can gain access to that money.
