no matter how many times it's mentioned on this board or in the press. Collusion is basically a shorter way of saying conspiracy to commit fraud against the US. This conspiracy charge may or may not happen.

Mueller was appointed to investigate obstruction of justice or any other infraction his investigation leads to.
