and are, for the most part happier. Now our progressive friends will jump on me and point out what a racist I am for stating simple facts.

When we started celebrating diversity we started losing our cultural identity. America was great because Americans believed it was great, immigrants believed it was great and they wanted to share that greatness. Then the left started telling us that other countries and cultures were just as good as ours. The next step was when they started telling us that other cultures were better than ours. If the culture you are coming from is as good if not better than the American culture what reason is there for you to assimilate?

America was strongest when we believed in the melting pot model of American culture. Once the salad bowl model came into vogue with the academia our strength started slipping.
