If the seniors are a festering cancer on this team, why isn't he playing the younger guys more? The older players aren't winning for him, do ditch their a$$es and move on. I'd have a lot more respect for him if he did that rather than coddling a bunch of malcontents. And, I think Sterk would be more likely to cut him some slack if he told him he was going to play HIS players, win or lose, in order to build for the future.
