It isn't the most common thing because most Jucos don't want to support you for that additional year that you aren't playing, but it's perfectly fine to do so. May not be technically called "redshirting", but alot of guys attend a Juco for a year and don't play and it basically counts as a redshirt year.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
