Natural human rights are among and between humans, only. So, lions and mosquitos cannot infringe on human's natural rights.

You're right. Unfortunately, there are quite a few infringements upon others' natural rights. The fact that these instances are newsworthy actually supports the existence of natural rights. People are offended by infringements; infringements are newsworthy.
