rights, is "The human's ability to reason and contemplate his own existence and his co-existence with other humans, and a human's ability to translate and communicate his reasons to other humans."
The person in my scenario doesn't have that ability. So if having that ability entitles one to natural rights, why does not having that ability, preclude one from having natural rights?
It sounds like you think humans are entitled to natural rights, simply because they are human, not because they have any particular ability.
