whackos. Their infrastructure sucks because they have to fight to run new lines or even replace existing ones.
While I still feel for those impacted by the fires when these things happen in California my first thought is always 'what did they do to cause this?'
The recent drought was made much worse by their stupid laws stopping them from using sensible water management procedures.
