The electric utility has crappy infrastructure and many fires are caused as a result of the winds bringing down power lines and transformers blowing.
You would think with all those people living there they would have an economy able to support basic infrastructure.
Sounds like they are more like Puerto Rico when it comes to keeping critical infrastructure up to date.
