You bid using the mix of labor the client wants or you don't win contracts anymore.
Every vendor uses offshore, near shore, or onshore labor from a third world hell hole to make their case. Not one of them uses a pure U.S. labor source. They would get killed. Out of business.
My competitors are heavy hitting global players not subject to Trump's petty political posturing.
