locked their patio door--lock was broken and they had teens and no one was good about dropping a bar/rod/broomstick handle into the track.
Guy entered, looked around, went to his car to get a mason's hammer he'd found while driving back from a titty bar and he and his running buddy stopped to pee alongside the road (both drunk and stoned).
Re-entered, clubbed the teen male who'd fallen asleep on the couch in the living room. Went back out, heard no one else stirring, re-entered. Clubbed 13 year old female with the hammer and attempted to rape her but realized she was "too young".
Kidnapped her older sister and drove her to a park and raped her. Turned her loose and as she walked away he bludgeoned her with the hammer. Still alive, he dumped her body into a spillway at the lake.
