Is he playing at a large HS?

I'd also guess if he's in VT's backyard a lot of teams probably didn't recruit him hard off the assumption he'd stay home to play. Who's recruiting you seems to be the biggest factor in star ratings.

Not sure i believe the 4.35...then again, i question any sub 4.5 forty time. Too much error on hand timed 40's and you can cheat on an electric timed one.
