originating from common law and is a procedural right that is not made into a constitutional power by the second amendment. state/local governments ought have the authority to reasonably determine self-defense. so goes the argument.

to my knowledge, nobody is suggesting any mechanism by which disarming is feasible. stop being stupid about this.
