You're confused on what "natural right" means. Natural means not artificial, and of nature. It is the right that is natural, not the gun or car or anything else. Property rights are natural rights, the fountainhead or wellspring being the property of the person as the right of that person. From there all other property rights are derived, such as mixing one's labor with raw materials, and such as self-defense.
My right of property and self-defense are natural rights, and include the right to keep and own and carry property
