How many are enough. There are 600 million firearms in the U.S. now.

As you militarize your society you increase exponentially the danger from accidentally shooting each other.

Doesn't make us a bit safer either execept in very, specific, very isolated, not statistically relevant ways.

If we are going down this path, might as well get rid of the cops and just go full wild west.
