But the big difference between the two of us is that mine is a personal choice and I still respect the rights of others to do so.
I agree that the second amendment is dated and needs to be updated. But unlike you I do not think it should be done legislatively or by judicial fiat. If people want to change or even eliminate the second amendment there is a well defined process to do so.
But like many progressive agenda items you know it would be impossible. Instead you choose fill the benches with judges more concerned about social justice than constitutionality who will simply let unconstitutional laws stand. Our constitution is meaningless now because we have allowed judges to ignore the parts they disagree with in their rulings.
