him do it on the sidelines of their games. This is the same league that will not let teams or players wear special patches or colors without prior approval by the league. Yet they have nothing to say when players disrespect the flag. By doing nothing to stop it Goddell may as well be right next to the players kneeling.

This is damaging the image of the NFL and this is a league that has always protected that image with every weapon in their arsenal.

If the players wish to express their views they have access to the media that very few could ever hope for. I feel Kap and the rest of his followers have chosen the wrong venue. The NFL will see some serious backlash if this does not end soon.
