But, he doesn't vote. He believes the system oppresses him so voting doesn't matter. Whoever wins, he's still oppressed.

You have to ask yourself though, would you rather be more oppressed or the same or less. I don't remember other Presidents threatening to take away the right to protest under the threat of unemployment. I'd say that is increased oppression.

Black voter turnout in the last election was down by 12% in Wisconsin and Michigan. It was down 2% in Pennsylvania. If blacks had voted at the same rate as in 2012, Clinton would have won all three states.
