this stuff since reading the exchanges last night and this morning.
when you use "better outcomes" it suggests to me results of medical care/treatment. that is not the angle i was approaching it from, and i have not thought about the issue on those terms at all. i should.
the base of my question is the belief that the population should have access to affordable health care. we don't now.
