the witess was a guy in the club filming it with his phone from the 2nd story and another guy across the street.

you should have stopped with "I really don't know much about the case"

despite that warning you have the officer convicted beyond a reasonable doubt?

A it's not definitive he said n*gger

B. the officer wasn't necessarily in a position to see the gun although and the judge referenced this he was a new officer so his experience doesn't really amount to ****. he SHOULD have had his gun out.

C. we have no idea what he pulled out and neither do you. the judge goes into detail on this. stockley had no wear to hide it and it's never seen on camera. apparently it's a fairly large revolver.

D. the lack of DNA is scientifically irrelevant. the states own two DNA experts testified to this fact.
