Who was the witness in the Stockley case? A bystander

I really didn't know much about the case but
A) The dash cam video of Stockley saying "going to kill this (n word"
B) The other officer doesn't draw his weapon
C) Stockley obviously is pulling something out of his personal bag and I highly doubt it was medical supplies but most likely a gun to plant
D) No DNA from the victim on the gun, only Stockley
I mean, he straight up killed the guy and planted the gun, that seems pretty obvious. The prosecution screwed up going for 1st degree murder. The victim was certainly no choir boy but I don't think he deserved to be murdered
