i just watched the video for the first time.
looks guilty to me.
every one of those officers should probably be fired for messing up the crime scene.
if he's alive still then pull him out, render first aid and get medical EMS there ASAP. if he's obviously dead you do not pull him out of the car and you certainly don't get in the damn car.
and they had adequate crime scene protection there was no reason to render the weapon safe at that point.
so much wrong with this police procedure.
has he ever explained what he was A. rummaging around for in the patrol car or B. why he got in the suspect vehicle?
