What? Can any conservative point to this and say this is a good thing? Coal is beyond antiquated and on the verge of death. This is a play to the voter base, nothing more. But you will all inevitably agree that this is fine.

I find it incredibly ironic that you cant spend $50M on innovation in future technologies but are fine wasting it on coal.
