And they may not be the same thing. If it were defined, it could be debated. And it could be debated whether THIS was racism or THAT was racism by the definition provided. But without the definition, it's just very bad.
Everyone knows that, but no one knows what it is.
It's like the marxist's "hope and change" thing. It meant different things to different people. All of it good, according to the listener, but something different to everyone.
