analyzing anything or trying to converse in a civil manner. I'm surprised none of them caught the little attorney plug at the end of the letter which is usually a tip that this was a statement written either at the advice of the attorney or by the attorney.

Also, just about any attorney would've told him to NOT write publicly about this incident so as not to incriminate himself or give the opposition something to use against him. Which also leads me to think he wrote this (at the least) with the encouragement of this attorney.
