It will kind of be interesting too because this puts the city of St. Louis and the STLPD squarely in the cross-hairs. They were under the radar with Mike Brown since that happened in the county and it was the county cops in charge or riot patrol. In fact Mayor Slay and Chief Dobson were very critical both of Ferguson policing and of the county's initial heavy handed response to the riots - I mean protests. I don't see the city coming down too hard on protesters/rioters with 49% of the city African American.
