a jury is deciding the fate of a cop who shot/killed a black suspect with some curious circumstances. If the decision goes the cop's way, the word is some major protests are being planned for downtown and other areas. May not be pretty. I've heard different things on the timing of the decision, but likely after the holiday weekend.
