Just as the argument against socialism is it's good in theory, not in practice - because the desire for an individuals power destroys the system.

The same thing happens in capitalism - and since corporations are individuals in the system, the same thing happens, but through companies, not individuals (although that happens too, of course).

The desire for power and control manifest in the corporation and they become the overriding force in society.

The corporations itself takes on the form of communism.

The party leader is the CEO/owner/ect, the party bosses below him/her, and then the wage slaves who earn just enough to sustain themselves and hopefully climb the ladder with good behavior and performance.

To say that corporatism is not capitalism is a blatant disregard for truth.

Corporatism is an outgrowth of capitalism - it's part of the failed theory in practice.
