consequences will create a burden on the lawbreakers so we cannot enforce the law.

This is just another political judge who thinks he can make law from the bench.

I found it interesting that his reasons for striking down the law were all social issues but no mention was made of the Texas Constitution.

This ruling like many coming down lately will last until a higher court slaps it down.
