As a result of Wolf's actions, transcripts that contained false information were mailed to other universities on behalf of student athletes, including transcripts for Ricky Clemons and Randy Pulley that were sent to the University of Missouri. These transcripts led the universities to believe that the student athletes were academically eligible to play Division 1 basketball in the NCAA when in fact they were not eligible.
Counts 35 and 36 are charges of mail fraud and the denial of the right to honest services in which as a result of Wolf's academic fraud the University of Missouri received academic transcripts for Ricky Clemons and Randy Pulley that contained false information.
