God the Holy Spirit directed the assembly of the Holy Scriptures. God the Holy Spirit protects the integrity of the Scriptures. This is beyond the capability of man. No man or group of men could organize such an accomplishment over the millenia.
Reading what is actually written and agreeing with what is says is in NO way interpreting the scripture. It is simply accepting it, understanding that though there have been errors in the various translations over the years, we have a reliable text from which we can operate today. The Jews were very meticulous about copying the text of scripture, and even a small error would result in the destruction of the copy and starting over.
Your puny view of God and His ability to communicate and protect the integrity of His story is way off base.
