How do we actually know that as fact? The point of Russia's interference in the 2016 was to put our disinformation about Clinton to gain more support for trump and sway who someone who was going to vote for Clinton change their vote to trump. Just because Russia didn't hack in to voting machines doesn't mean they didn't change someones vote.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
