it is irrelevant. A mentally ill person attempting to kill someone has to be stopped like anyone else. Are the cops supposed to stand there and let him stab people because he is mentally ill? You know nothing about science or the mentally ill. By the way, I worked at Fulton State Hospital in the maximum security forensic building with the mentally ill who committed murders inculding for example decapitations. So spare me you ignorant condescending notion that you know anything about science let alone the mentally ill.
