Or do they appear calm and collected? What were the man's intentions? He was only carrying 2 large kitchen knives.

Tulsa Police released surveillance footage of the subject shot by two sheriff's deputies and one police officer on Friday afternoon. The footage shows the man, 29-year-old Joshua Barre, entering the convenience store with two knives in hand, then falling to the ground.
Both agencies say the Mental Health Unit had made several attempts to locate Mr. Barre over the last week-and-a-half to perform a mental health evaluation.
Two Tulsa County deputies found Barre at 300 West 50th Court North; he had two knives in his hands.
Deputies say they ordered Barre to drop the knives, telling them they were there to help him.
They said Barre refused to drop the knives or stop.
A deputy deployed his Taser on Barre, but it had no effect. Barre walked into the store with knives in hand. Law enforcement says they were protecting the people inside the store when they shot Barre.
Marty Kasper will have more on this story tonight.
