The sad shape the culture of our program was in, the probation problems, the campus unrest, not having a boss he had any kind of a relationship with - from the very beginning Kim knew the task he had was an impossible one. Knew full well, in fact, fans of the team wouldn't accept the amount of losing which was bound to go along with what needed to be done, though he went ahead and did it anyway.

Hampered again by such things as Alden's shortsighted demands of Fuller being kept around as an assistant, he did, however, eventually clear out enough of the Haith rot to get to work on that only other thing he ended up having time to do - deep and wide, solid and sturdy, this the foundation, of course, which a grateful Cuonzo now has such a wonderful opportunity to build upon.
