asked him to carry the team that first year. Cuonzo has signed Porter Jr. (who I assume is a good measure better than Hannah) and a bunch of other guys we hope can make immediate impacts.

Mike basically make improvements that first year with his system and changing the culture, not really much with a talent upgrade initially other than Hannah.
