to be successful gets put on probation and you would like us to believe there was no unethical conduct?

I don't know but I suspect there was a heck of a lot more funny business going on than what came out in the findings. I also suspect this stuff all started the minute Haith/Fuller stepped foot on campus and ended, thankfully, when Fuller was sent packing.
