The standard definition of terrorism is violence against non-combatants intended to influence political outcomes.
It is clear ISIS wants to get right wing politicians elected such as Teresa May. The question is why?
The "terrorist" have many years of experience, having sustained a prolonged terror campaign in Iraq in the 2006-2007 time frame, with multiple daily bombings. I said at the time they had to have the support of foreign intelligence agencies, with the primary suspects being the Saudis and their allies. In my view it is impossible to maintain such a prolonged intensive terrorist campaign without the protection and support of state actors.
Given their vast experience, it would be foolish to think they don't understand how a lot of people react. So again, it appears they want to promote right wing politicians.
Is it just coincidence that the people they promote are also ardent neocolonialists and domestic class warriors. Perhaps it is. Perhaps it isn't. Some posit it is an attempt at long term economic subversion of the west. Given the likelihood of state intelligence involvement, in my view, the more logical reasons is the promotion of neocolonialist geostrategic objectives. That is the best fit solution based on the available evidence. This is also consistent with the use of dehumanization tactics to facilitate the looting of vassals. Dehumanization is a central element of the colonial process, be it old fashion direct colonial control of neocolonialism.
But you guys can keep worshiping at the alter of big government if you want to.
