Puryear is roughly equal to J3.

Post is not significantly better than Nikko.

Jones didn"t make the roster and Barnett is better than anyone on the other bench list.

That you don't see how any of those comparisons could be remotely controversial is precisely the problem with your player analysis. Anderson didn't leave a top 25 team, but the team he left is no worse than what Haith abandoned.
