Post played his senior year in what was likely the worst coached team ever, and he was adversely impacted in terms of a lack of role and offensive structure more than anyone else.

I'm saying any normal coach would vastly prefer to inherit a senior Post to a sophomore Nikko in terms of what they bring to the table and what the new coach could do with them.
