Sneaking suspicion of what these "insiders" are inside

The unbalanced nature of the evaluations, with all the additions given positive ones and all the subtractions given negative ones, leads one to suspect that the "insiders" are assistant coaches on the Illinois staff.

If the insiders were from other schools or head coaches, the writer likely would mention that to give the evaluations more credibility. But we're left simply with the very vague "Division I coaches."
